This quote puzzled me a bit at first, but I guess it’s like the Pledge of Allegiance.  When one’s young, one just learns to say the pledge because the school teaches him or her it. Many never really pay attention to why or what they are saying.  They just learn it cause someone tells them too.  Career-wise, one shouldn’t do it because he or she is told to.  Think about it.  So you don’t have to backtrack and waste a huge chunk of your life away!

Should we be doing things just because we are told to? No, we should be doing things because we want to.

I want to be successful and I will do my best.
